After a month under the sci-fi mark with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fallout 76 and Axiom Verge 2, PlayStation Plus is back, and it is, in better shape than ever! On this program, a total of four additional “free” games!

This in a short week, both of next February 7th, that players subscribed to PlayStation Plus Essential and later will be able to collect a total of four “free” games; an offer that has not come for a long time. So we start with Mafia: Definitive Edition, the critically acclaimed remake of the legendary 2002 game, but we can also count on the presence of OlliOlli World, Destiny 2: Beyond Light and Evil Dead: The Game. In other words, it’s a great program up front!

Mafia: Definitive Edition (PS4/PS5)

In 2002 the first Mafia under the name Illusion Softworks surprised everyone with its screenplay inspired by film noir, but also its sense of realism, to put it mildly. Today, this hit that marked video game history has the rights to its own remake, which is well known Mafia: Definitive Edition. Additionally, this signed Hangar 13 proposal will be available to all players with PS+ subscriptions starting February 7th. It appears to sublimate past games with new graphics and revised and corrected gameplay inspired by Mafia III. The action scenes gain a certain dynamism with the arrival of the ending system which is more than welcome.

OlliOlli World (PS4/PS5)

It’s not just Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater saga that offers you to pick up a skateboard to string up impossible tricks. Yes, there are too OlliOlli World, the third installment in the OlliOlli series which, unlike Activision’s games, does not propose to evolve in all directions, but from left to right, like platform games of the past. Sublime, this proposal from Roll7 adds thickness to the franchise thanks to the arrival of a new artistic direction that is very inspired and the possibility of developing on several levels in one painting. Everything is also much more accessible to better welcome newcomers. To try soon!

Destiny 2: Beyond Light (PS4/PS5)

If Destiny 2 has been free-to-play for a few years now, its DLC isn’t systematically free-to-play. It is for this reason that the PlayStation Plus Essential program will offer from February 7 to discover one of the last major extensions of multiplayer FPS, which we have named Beyond Light. This content promises an extraordinary journey. It asks the player to take a spaceship to the side of Europa, a frozen satellite of Jupiter, and thereby discover a whole new playground and once again fight against hordes of enemies as a team.

Evil Dead: The Game (PS4/PS5)

We’re ending the PlayStation Plus Essential program for February with certainty Evil Dead: The Game. Released in early 2022, this crazy production is inspired by Friday the 13th: The Game. It offers four players to embody survivors – taking on the faces of the actors of the films and series – to face a fifth participant who controls an evil entity. To fight him, you’ll obviously have to make Ash’s iconic chainsaw talk, but also fiddle through the giant map to find the various torn pages from the Necronomicon, the book of the dead.
