Paris (AFP) – With over 200 million euros invested in January, Chelsea were doubling down on reinforcements and intimidating their rivals… Until the last hours of the transfer window on Tuesday, the Blues were trying to sign world champion Enzo Fernandez, while in Italy the market was closed.
