The Samsung Galaxy S22 is a truly attractive smartphone. Its exemplary design, light weight, quality finish, and most importantly, compactness make it a very comfortable model in the hand. It also benefits from IP68 certification and a very pleasant matte back, not to mention a bright screen on the front with controlled colors. This natural evolution of the Galaxy S21 benefits from slightly increased autonomy compared to its older counterparts and we forgive its not-so-fast charging, which is compensated for by its battery capacity. However, it was hard to forgive him for his nightly photo appearance, after all, without much brilliance, as well as his half-mast appearance in the mobile game department, a point he had hoped for so much. But like the rest of the lineup, the Galaxy S22 has a good endurance score, mainly boosted by the four years of software updates announced by the manufacturer.
Strong point
- Very good compact size.
- Very good AMOLED screen.
- Autonomy is very appropriate in terms of format.
Weak point
- All S22s benefit from charging at 45 W, except him.
- Exynos 2200 performance.
- Nightography is not really at the level one would expect.

Like its predecessor, the Google Pixel 7 is an excellent smartphone. It benefits from a beautiful screen, a powerful SoC, and a very good duo of photo sensors. Plus, its price positioning makes it more affordable than most of its high-end competitors, without making any real concessions. We can definitely blame it for heating up in games, always slow recharging, or too much resemblance to the Pixel 6, but these flaws do less to the general experience, being even more intuitive under Android 13.
