With the Radeon RX 6800 XT, AMD finally has something to contend with in the high-end GPU niche… but not necessarily enough to take over. Let’s be clear: the new model offers an incredible level of performance and delivers the 4K at 60 FPS we expect, in most games. However, the card is left behind in certain functions which have now become the lifeblood of war. With that said, ray tracing works a little less well and no technology equivalent to DLSS doesn’t support it. Having said that, pay attention to the pricing efforts provided by AMD, which offers its GPU for 659,99 euros. A good price-performance ratio, which is accompanied by more than satisfactory power consumption. The gap with the 5000 series is also very impressive and bodes well for the future.
